A few metres from the complex’s front door you will find the pristine foreshore of Woorim Beach. Woorim beach offers kilometres of white sand and crystal clear waters. The centre of town is only a short walk up the beach or well paved path which is excellent for walking, jogging and biking along. The centre of town offers the patrolled area of the beach, shops, cafes, parks, picnic areas and clubs.

Other than a wonderful location the unit offers two bedrooms, one bathroom and a secure lock up garage. The unit has been freshly painted and fitted with new modern furniture to ensure absolute comfort for its occupants. There is a spacious living area with cosy sofas, bean bags, air conditioning, a flat screen TV and DVD Player. A rare find in any unit is the separate dining room which has a table setting that seats six and makes an excellent space to host a family dinner. The kitchen is equipped with everything one will need on holiday including a dishwasher and a full sized fridge.

There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The unit also has two balconies one off the laundry and one off the living room. Both bedrooms have built in robe and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has ocean views and a queen size bed and the second bedroom is fitted with two single beds.
