The back yard houses the large 10 x 4 meter swimming pool (solar heated in the cooler months). The back yard is fully fenced and secure from the swimming pool and canal. There is a big grassed area for the kids and dog to play.

If you are into fishing you’ll love the properties’ large private pontoon fitted with lighting, power, water and a fish cleaning station. This pontoon is large enough to take the biggest of trailerable boats with ease. The pontoon offers deep water access to the Pumicestone Passage and Moreton Bay. You can also fish off the pontoon.

There are multiple shops including Woolworth’s, cafes, clubs and restaurants nearby. Enjoy all Bribie has to offer such as Fishing, swimming, boating, or exploring the National forest by 4WD. The Pumicestone Passage is the perfect spot to enjoy a swim, picnic or bbq, there are many fabulous spots to enjoy the beautiful clear water. Kayaks, Water bikes, Paddle Boards, Bicycles and Scooters are all available to hire right on the water’s edge.
