One of our most popular rentals has just returned to the rental pool after an extensive renovation! First Point down sits above Frenchman’s beach with panoramic views north as far as Moreton Island, east over “Frenchies” and south over the spectacular North Gorge. It has just benefited from an affectionate ‘beach chic” renovation that maximises the locations natural charm – wonderful ocean views and being so close to all Straddie’s awesome beaches.

At First Point you are in the heart of “old” Point Lookout, but still private with the generous undercover balcony neatly screening passers by. Shops, restaurants and the North Gorge are seconds away. Stroll in several minutes to Frenchman’s stairs or to the 35k long Main Beach, or a couple of minutes more to north-facing Deadman’s and Cylinder Beaches.

Afternoonsies at cafes close by, or a short stroll to the Point Lookout Surf Club, superb fresh seafood from the Prawn Shack, and veggies from the Green Room, this is Straddie living at its best.
