- Strictly a "NO PARTY house", any excessive noise will be reported to Police
- As this property is on tank water, be mindful of water usage
- Under NO circumstances can you flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic system
- There is a slow combustion wood burner however, firewood and firelighers are BYO. Firewood, firelighters, and matches can be bought at either the local Mobil service station or the IGA
