As you enter the property through the sophisticated entry way you will find the study/reading nook with a comfortable sofa and a shelf of books which offers a perfect peaceful hideaway from the heart of the property to just relax in enjoy the quiet.

Through to the centre of the property and its multiple entertaining areas. There is the pool table room complete with a pool table and seating, the well-stocked kitchen, one of the two living rooms with high class sofas and a flat screen TV and the dining room with a large eight-seater table and chairs set. All these areas in the centre of the property have views over the canal and swimming pool. They flow on to each other and out through the bi-folding doors to the undercover entertaining area, swimming pool and back yard.

The undercover entertaining area is set up with a comfortable out door table and chairs setting and a large BBQ. From here you can sit back and watch the young and young at heart play in the swimming pool. Your dog and kids run in the yard or fish and kayak from the pontoon which you have exclusive use to and can also moor your boat to.

Back inside there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the master bedroom having views over the water and accommodating a queen size bed, huge walk through robe and ensuite. Bedrooms two and three house a double size bed each and bedroom four has two single beds. These three rooms share the main bathroom with a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet. Next to bedroom three and four is a perfect kid retreat with a second living area fitted with a TV, Wii and sofa. The property also has a complete laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a double garage.

The property is only a short drive from everything Bribie. The beach, waterfront, shopping centre, jetty, markets, clubs, restaurants, two quality golf courses and of course the famous Sandstone Point Hotel.

Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, bath towels, hand towels & tea towels, doonas and pillows will always be provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $22.50 x Double Set and $15 x Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.

Well behaved dog friendly. A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies. Dogs are allowed inside but not on the carpeted areas or on the furniture.

A pre-authorised bond of $1000 will be held from your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after you vacate.
