The property is located directly across the road from the stunning Woorim beach which will bless you with kilometres of white sand, crystal clear waters and if your lucky a visit from the local dolphin pods. The section of beach directly across from the house is also sought after as it is dog friendly (off leash) or you can take a small walk up the foreshore to main beach and the patrolled area.

As well as having the beach directly across the road the property offers its guests a short walk to the centre of town where you can find a selection of cafes, clubs, restaurants, takeways and shops. There are also walking and biking paths, parks, and picnic spots all within walking distant from the property. You are only a five minute drive from the rest of Bribie Island highlights such as Pumicestone passage, the cinema, shopping centre and the famous Sandstone Point Hotel.

The property itself is a comfortable ground level home and fits the needs of anyone that wants to avoid steps. The kitchen living and dining area are open plan and offer comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, table and chair setting and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. There is a covered outdoor area that runs along the front of the property where you can put your feet up and listen to the waves meet the shore or you can host a family BBQ in the back outdoor area.

The back outdoor area offers a table and chair setting and a BBQ. It flows on to the fully fenced back yard perfect for the kids and dog to run around safely when they are not enjoying the beach or other Bribie highlights. In the back yard you will also find a large two car shed that you can get to via side access on the property. It’s the perfect place to park up your boats, cars, trailers, campers etc. you can also park your car on the driveway as well.

There are three bedrooms and one bathroom in the property. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in robes. Bedroom one has a queen bed and a flat screen TV, bedroom two has two singles beds and bedroom three has a single bed with a single trundle bed. There is an internal laundry with a washing machine as well.

Overall The Beachside Bungalow will offer its guests a comfortable and convenient place to enjoy Bribie Island.

A additional booking and cleaning fee are required and a $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.

Minimum 2 night stay off peak and minimum 7 night stay during the school holidays

Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies
