There is also the patrolled beach area and the perfect area for the kids to play with picnic spots, parks, biking and walking tracks.

If you wish to venture around the island a little more then you can find the Butterfly house, Sandstone Point Hotel, Cinemas and Bongaree Jetty with all its perk like Sunday markets and regular events as well as the stunning Pumicestone Passage which offers the best spot for fishing, boating and water sports. In Bongaree there is also a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, takeaways and clubs.All of this is within a seven minutes’ drive from your doorstep or a comfortable bike ride away.

Inside the property you will be meet with a well renovated interior offering an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all the essentials, the living room has a flat screen TV with Foxtel and sitting for five and the dining room table can comfortably seat six. There is also an internal laundry hidden away in a sneaky specially built cupboard.

The master bedroom is off the dining room and has an ensuite, walk in robe, queen size bed and flat screen TV. The other two bedrooms are off the kitchen one with a queen bed and the other has two single beds. Both share the main bathroom which has a shower, toilet and vanity. There are ceiling fans throughout the property.

The back yard is fully fenced and has a paved outdoor area with a BBQ and a table and chairs seating. Its an ideal spot for the kids and your small furry four-legged pooch to enjoy some outdoor play without worrying about them as the fence is a great height for both safety and privacy.

An additional booking fee and cleaning fee apply per booking.

A $50 pet fee applies if you bring your small well behaved dog.

A pre-authorised bond of $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.

Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
