With four bedroom, two bathrooms and multiple entertaining areas both inside and out this home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your next family holiday.

Benefit from the well thought-out design of this property where the swimming pool is separate from the main outdoor entertaining area. This gives its guests a massive outdoor area with plenty of space and seating overlooking the canal. It also ensures complete privacy while using the swimming pool and gives a second area for outdoor entertaining. Enjoy the freedom of your own private pontoon where you can moor your boat to as well.

The centre of the property holds the main open plan living area with spacious kitchen, dining and lounge room which all flow out on to the main outdoor entertaining area overlooking the canal. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a double oven and plenty of kitchenware to host a family meal. The dining room table seats eight and the lounge room has an ā€œLā€ shaped sofa and flat screen TV.

There is also a second lounge room at the front of the property which two has an ā€œLā€ shaped sofa and flat screen TV. The main bathroom has a shower and separate bath. There is a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The double garage has secure parking for two cars and additional cars can be parked in the street or on the driveway.

The property is a short drive from all the necessities like the shopping centre, restaurants, cafes, golf course, movie cinema, Bongaree Jetty and of course the every so beautiful Woorim beach. You will also find yourself based under an hour from Brisbane city as well as the Sunshine Coast and 45minutes from Brisbane Airport.

The property can accept additional guests over eight occupants but the request must be made before booking and approved by the property owner.

A compulsory booking and cleaning/linen fee are required.

A pre-authorised bond of $1000 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.

SPECIAL TERMS!! As we are situated in a quiet, residential setting our home is suited to responsible, mature guests who will respect the privacy of our neighbours. All guests must be over the age of 25 years or accompanied by a parent or persons of age to be a legal guardian at all times. There is no smoking allowed in the house and sorry no pets on the premises. We reserve the right to terminate the tenancy at any time if conduct is deemed inappropriate.
