This character filled beachfront house is the ultimate holiday pad. Offering a standout location with a character filled home you will not be wanting to leave. You will find the stunning white sandy shores and crystal-clear waters of Woorim beach a few steps from your doorstep, uninterrupted ocean views from your deck and multiple rooms of the house and the centre of town less than a five minute walk away which has a variety of cafes, clubs and shops.

The property offers its guests an open plan living and dining room, separate kitchen, three bedrooms and one bathroom. The property has bedding for eight occupants with bedrooms one and two housing a queen size bed each and the third bedroom set up for the kids with a double bed and a single set of bunks. You are most welcome to bring along your fur-four-legged friend. The property is fully fenced and there is off street parking.

You will not be able to go past the convenience of having the beach a few steps away to offers you an instant holiday vibe and the perfect place to relax with your family and friends. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy a family meal all while listening to the wave crash on the shore.

Within a five minutes’ drive you will find Sandstone Point Hotel, Bongaree jetty and waterfront, both Pacific Harbour and Woorim golf courses, the main shopping centre, movie theatres and the butterfly house. You can also find all the attractions of both Brisbane and The Sunshine Coast in under an hour’s drive.

Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels & tea towels, doonas and pillows will always be provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $22.50 per Queen Set and $15.00 per Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.

An additional booking and cleaning fee are required and a $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
