Here at the Avon Valley Chalets we have 2 caravan bays available with a shared ablution block and a coin operated laundry located only 5 minutes from the Northam town centre.

The rent includes the water and ablution block use, power is charged separately.

All other caravan bays have been booked with quiet long term tenants.

The Caravan bays are nestled around 8 Chalets that are currently also leased through our office.

This property does not have a room or a caravan, it is an open caravan bay and you will have to supply your own caravan.

Pad for caravan is 3.7m x 8m approx
Bricked area for annexure is 3m x 6.2m approx
