You have full private use of a 2 bedroom self contained unit which is locked off and not accessible to the main house. There are no shared internal areas. The only shared areas are external and these will only be shared by the owners IF they are staying at the home at the same time as you.
The owners of the home do come and stay occasionally, however will be in a different section of the house so you will have little to no contact with them during your stay.
This home does have a firepit for use during your stay. We will supply some firewood to start with and then you will need to purchase any extra wood thereafter. Firewood can be purchased from Mobil or IGA on Tamborine Mountain.
We ask that you please be mindful of water usage during your stay as it is all tank water and under NO circumstances can you flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic system.
Please be aware the property is NOT a party house and will be strictly adhered to. Please be considerate of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified.
We also ask that you do not bring or consume alcohol in the pool area. If you do make use of the beautiful pool, please ensure it is left clean and DO NOT 'top up' the water as this interferes with the chemical balance.
