A New Years Wish... for a new family home

This New Year, we have a heartfelt wish for our family. As we step into 2025, we’re dreaming of finding the perfect place to call home—a space where we can create lasting memories, grow together, and start this exciting new chapter.

What we’re searching for is a home with plenty of room for our kids to spread their wings—spaces where they can play freely, great-sized bedrooms for their adventures, and just maybe a cozy separate living area where my partner and I can enjoy a little ‘we’ time to recharge.

As an outdoor-loving family, a spacious covered Alfresco area would be perfect for summer barbecues and gatherings. And since the warmer months are here, a pool would be an absolute dream for endless fun and family time.

To make this New Year’s wish even more special, we’d love these features in our dream home:

A welcoming grand entrance with a curved staircase and high ceilings.
A double garage for parking and extra storage.
A theatre room for cozy movie nights with the kids.
A main bathroom with a bath for relaxing at the end of a busy day.
A large ensuite and walk-in robe in the main bedroom—a little everyday luxury for us.
An extra room upstairs we could turn into a gym or a play area for the kids.
A dedicated office space for working from home and a quiet spot for homework.
Solar panels to help keep energy costs down.
And a spacious kitchen with a big island bench—the heart of our home—where we can gather, snack, and share stories.
Finally, we’d love for this dream home to be in a quiet street with a convenient location—perfect for our family’s needs.
