You are positioned directly across the lane way from Bribie Islands beautiful Woorim beach offering a long stretch of white sand and sparkling blue ocean. Meters up the road is the centre of town with shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants as well as the patrolled beach.

You can enjoy lovely ocean views from both the outdoor area and living areas inside. The covered outdoor area spreads across the entire front of the unit and has plenty of table and chairs to take in the ocean views. Through the lovely, large glass sliding doors that you can open right up to bring the outside in you will find the open plan lounge room, dining room and kitchen.

The lounge room is fitted with comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV with a DvD player and Foxtel. The dining room has a lovely table seating for six and the kitchen is well equipped with all that one will need while on holiday. From every angle in this living area you can enjoy the ocean views and ocean breezes. Open the property right up and enjoy the best of Bribie Island.

Fall asleep to the sound of the waves in the comfortable King size bed. The master bedroom has private access through the glass sliding doors to the outdoor area. As well as being fitted with a new King size bed the master bedroom has a ceiling fan and an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.

In the second bedroom you will find two single beds and a ceiling fan. The main bathroom and laundry are combined and are fitted with a shower, toilet, vanity, washing machine and dryer. There is no lock up garage space however you can park right out front on the lawn.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.
