The living area has comfortable lounges and a TV and DVD player. The kitchen has all modern appliances and the perfect water view to admire while cooking.

The expansive outdoor entertaining area has comfortable seating for 10 people, a large BBQ and service window into the kitchen for easy access and food preparation. The outdoor entertaining area flows gracefully on to the sparkling pool and canal and is the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sun. This home also features two pontoons, one with electricity and water.

The master bedroom retreat is separate from the other three bedrooms and it features a comfortable King size bed, huge walk in wardrobe and classy ensuite with a double shower. The master bedroom also has glass doors out to a relaxing secret spot with a peaceful water feature for you to enjoy. The other three bedrooms consist of one queen bed in one room, two king singles in one bedroom with two single beds in another bedroom. The main bathroom also sits on the same side of the house as these bedrooms and it contains a delightful spa bath tub separate from the shower and a vanity.

This house has lots of executive features including zoned ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, a large laundry, a powder room with toilet and even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after swimming. There is also a games room off the pool area with a pool table and TV for your entertainment. This home has everything you could need for a wonderful holiday you can even bring your dog along.

The double garage is not available for use by holiday guests; however your cars will be secure in the gated private front yard and driveway.

Minimum 2 night stay off peak and minimum 7 night stay during the school holidays

A additional booking and cleaning fee are required and a $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.

Linen Hire: $22.50 x Queen Set and $15 x Single Set. On request, beds can be made up prior to your arrival.
