From the minute you walk through the front door of this tropical beachside retreat you will fall in love with what lies within. This contemporary architect designed home will wow the senses. The large spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a walk in pantry. With top quality pots and pans and plenty of platters to display all the inspiring cooks little creations. The kitchen overlooks the large open plan dining room and family room filled with comfy seating and a large flat screen TV.

The family room has bi-folding doors that open out to the spacious outdoor entertaining area overlooking the sparkling in ground swimming pool. This is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet Bribie Island has to offer. Lazy in the sun by the pool and listen to the ocean only metres from your doorstep or cook up a storm using the BBQ!

The ground floor also consists of a media room perfect to cuddle up and watch a move together or if needed set it up as a fifth bedroom with the fold out beds provided. This room also has a two way bathroom so would make a great downstairs room for someone who cant climb stairs. Downstairs also has a large laundry and the double lock up garage.

Make your way up the steps to the second level where you will find the four bedrooms and two other bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and glorious ensuite, the other three bedrooms have queen size beds and one room also contains a small single fold out futon (children only). There is also two single foam mattresses to accommodation another two ocuupants (children reccommended) These three rooms all share the large main bathroom with a big bath tub, shower and vanity.

Located only 100m from Bribie Island famous Woorim beach you can have the best of both worlds with the large fully fenced grassed yard, beautiful gardens and a swimming pool or the stunning white sandy beaches that Bribie Island offers. As well as Woorim's patrolled beach area, shops, cafes and clubs all within walking distance of your beautiful holiday home.

Please note linen is not included you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels, hand towels & tea towels, doonas and pillows will always be provided. Or you can hire linen for an additional cost of $22.50 x Double Set and $15 x Single Set which includes all linen apart from beach/pool towels.

Accommodates 11: 1 x King Bed, 3 x Queen Beds,1 x Small Single futon & 2 x Single Foam Mattresses (we recommend only children to sleep on the futon and foam mattresses)

A additional booking and cleaning fee are required.

A pre-authorised bond of up to $500 will be held on your credit card upon check in. This will be released to your credit card when the property has been inspected and approved after your vacate.

Please note all guests must be over the age of 25 years or accompanied by a parent or persons of age to be a legal guardian at all times. This property is strictly for family holidays only!
